## How Does It Work?

1. **Refer a Practice or DSO**  
   Submit the dental organization’s details through our online referral form.  
   Our team will verify eligibility based on:
   - The product they’re interested in (Remit AI, Cavi AR, AutoPosting, or Remit Go)
   - Number of locations (1+, 10+, or 50+ combined across all services)

2. **We Validate**  
   We’ll confirm:
   - The dental organization is new to Zentist products
   - The referral includes at least one decision-maker (CEO, VP, Director, Manager)
   - The organization engages with our sales team

3. **You Earn Rewards**  
   Once the referred organization signs a contract for any qualifying product, we’ll send your reward within 30 days.  
   Our team will also keep you updated on your referral’s status from demo to contract signing.
