   Our team will verify eligibility based on:

   • The product they’re interested in (Remit AI, Cavi AR, AutoPosting, or Remit Go)
   • Number of locations (1+, 10+, or 50+ combined across all services)

2. We Validate
   We’ll confirm:

   • The dental organization is new to Zentist products
   • The referral includes at least one decision-maker (CEO, VP, Director, Manager)
   • The organization engages with our sales team

3. You Earn Rewards
   Once the referred organization signs a contract for any qualifying product, we’ll send your reward within 30 days.
   Our team will also keep you updated on your referral’s status from demo to contract signing.

Who is eligible to participate in the Refer & Shine program?

Anyone can refer, there are no restrictions on who can participate. Current Zentist customers, dental industry consultants, billing companies, and anyone with connections to dental organizations qualify. The referred organization must be new to Zentist and must engage with Zentist's sales team for the referral to be eligible.

When do I receive my referral reward?

Rewards are issued within 30 days of the referred organization signing a contract for an eligible Zentist product. Zentist's team will keep you updated on your referral's progress from the initial demo through to contract signing.

Can I refer multiple organizations and earn multiple rewards?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. Each organization that signs a contract counts as a separate qualifying referral, and you earn a reward for each one. Multiple referrals can be stacked for cumulative earnings.

What products can be referred through the Refer & Shine program?

The program covers all four Zentist products: Remit AI (the flagship DSO RCM platform), Cavi AR (AR claims management), Autoposting (automated payment posting for Open Dental), and Remit Go (EOB collection for smaller practices). A single referral form covers all products.
